Why educated people vulnerable to failure?
Basic difference between educated and uneducated is linguistic power and specific advance knowledge. Educated people have advantage of better communication skills and specific academic skills.
Educated people are tuned to specific areas of career. They are expected to be supervisor, managers and other similar positions in various career directions.
When they fail to secure a gainful employment or self employment that matches their abilities and skills they are most frustrated and confused people on earth
On other hand an uneducated person is expected to do physical and non supervisory jobs. They themselves are prepared for that circumstances. An opportunity of supervisory or managerial position is an added bonus for them.
There is no doubt that lower level education makes it harder to grab higher level managerial position yet work ethics, hard work, loyalty and perseverance may help lower level educated person to achieve higher level managerial position.
How about the self employment and small to medium business level. This is the area where education becomes at par with hard work, work ethics and especially open mind to take risk for new business ventures ranging from self employment, franchise to big chains etc. Most self employed works requires low level to medium level skills and is easily accessible through apprenticeship or on job self learning.
This is more true when a educated person and non educated person get immigrated to new culture and country. Linguistic is more challenge for less educated person but not the open mindedness to work in any trade or industry to gain on the job training or self learning. More over skills are more in demand in developed countries rather than academically foreign educated and trained professional or post graduates or PhD.
This is the basic difference between a hard worker, go getter and risk taker with little to minimum education verses highly educated professional. It is the willingness to work in any field with low compensation for less educated people as the backbone for their success.
On other hand highly educated are not really open minded and clear in mind to work for anyone in any field compared to less educated.
Eventually people regardless of their skill and education level may supercede others much faster simply because of their open mindedness to work for any one in any field for any compensation.
In nut shell, successful people are open minded, go getter, wiling to try any thing without too much emphasis to their family background, education and status.
Prime example is immigrants from Punjab, India who are quite successful in Canada, USA, Australia, Europe and any other part of world.
No doubt the old saying is so true that Punjabi and Onions are available in every part of world as readily as potatoes.
